Gloria is an offensive-security and strategic-consulting professional whose experience includes penetration testing, adversary simulation, manual validation of security findings, and analysis of complex enterprise attack paths. Her approach emphasizes proving what is actually exploitable, translating technical risk into business context, and helping organizations understand which security issues deserve attention first.

Michael Shearer

Michael works at the intersection of technology and business operations. His background includes enterprise systems, networking, cybersecurity, security assessment, and strategic consulting—experience that helps him evaluate not only whether technology works, but whether it supports the organization that depends on it.

He holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity Technology and a B.S. in Information Systems Management. He also holds 13 GIAC certifications: GMON, GCCC, GPYC, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, GSNA, GPEN, GXPN, GFCA, GDAT, GWAPT, and GCED. His consulting approach centers on understanding the current environment, separating urgent problems from longer-term opportunities, and giving leadership clear options rather than a predetermined answer.

Gloria Shearer

Offensive security grounded in real-world validation.

Gloria's work focuses on offensive security and strategic consulting: identifying how weaknesses can be combined, validating whether security findings create real exposure, translating technical findings into business impact, and helping organizations distinguish theoretical risk from practical attack paths.

Her experience includes enterprise penetration testing, adversary simulation, manual validation of vulnerability findings, and attack-path analysis. She holds an M.S. in Cyber Operations and a B.S. in Cybersecurity Policy and Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her GIAC certifications include GCIH, GSEC, and GPEN. She has completed PNPT and PWAPT training and is currently working toward GOAA.
